Our subcutaneous (shallow) fat is unsightly, uncomfortable, and oftentimes unpleasant smelling.
Imagine the conditions of the visceral fat environment if you were inside your body cavity and your visceral fat is consuming the spaces allocated for intestines, and voids, and also squeezing against the organs its supposed to be protecting.
You think being on a small plane with a large, musty person is bad with 3 hours in the air is bad? imagine being the liver in a body cavity where the visceral fat is consuming all the space.
In order to keep you alive, the same crowded organs that are suffering against the unbearable weight of the visceral fat has to work to keep it viable (a living tissue) because if it were to become necrotic (dead), the visceral fat would kill you.
so not only are organs suffering, against the weight and demands of this overbearing tissue, the tissue is repaying the organs back in toxic waste and causing all kinds of restrictions on normal functions – such as insulin release.
