Return Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of the Shabbazz Organics products, our Return Policy states, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products purchased from our store or website. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Reasons for our policy
  • Product integrity and safety: To ensure the safety and purity of our products, we cannot accept items that have left our possession. This prevents any possibility of tampering and guarantees that all customers receive products in their original, unadulterated condition.
  • Perishable nature: Our herbal products and supplements have varying shelf lives and must be stored properly. We cannot verify the handling or storage conditions of returned items. 
Damaged or incorrect items
An exception to our no-refund policy is made for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition, or if you received the wrong item. 
  • Procedure: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us at shabbazzorganics@gmail.com
  • Resolution: We will review the issue and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or store credit. We may require proof of the damage or error, such as a photograph.
